1. What areas do you serve?

I provide mobile notary services throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and surrounding Maryland areas.Travel outside of standard service areas may be available upon request.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available statewide for eligible documents.

2. What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

Remote Online Notarization allows you to have documents notarized securely through a live, identity-verified video session. You can complete your notarization from the comfort of your home or office using a computer or smartphone with a camera and internet connection.

3. What types of documents do you notarize?

I notarize a wide range of documents, including:

• Real estate and loan closing documents
• Power of Attorney (POA)
• Trusts and estate planning documents
• Affidavits
• Healthcare directives
• Business documents
• Vehicle title transfers

4. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

All signers must provide:

✔ A valid, government-issued photo ID
✔ The complete, unsigned document
✔ Any required witnesses (if applicable)

Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.

5. How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the type of notarization, travel distance, and document complexity.

• Standard notarizations follow Maryland state guidelines.
• Mobile service includes a travel fee.
• Loan signing packages are quoted separately.

6. Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?

Yes. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends when available. Same-day service may be available depending on location and schedule.

7. Can you provide legal advice?

No. As a commissioned notary public, I cannot provide legal advice, explain legal documents, or recommend which notarial act you need. Please consult an attorney for legal guidance.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

9. What happens if a document cannot be notarized?

If proper identification is not provided, required signers are not present, or the document is incomplete, the notarization cannot proceed. Travel or appointment fees may still apply.

10. Are you insured?

Yes. I am National Notary Association (NNA) certified and carry professional insurance for added client protection and peace of mind.
